Prefer to skip the form? Reach us the old-fashioned way. A real person reads every message and answers every call.

We reply to every enquiry within one working day. Usually a lot sooner.

What happens next

After you hit send.

01

A person reads it

Your message lands with someone who can actually help, not a ticketing bot or an offshore inbox. Often that someone is Braam.

02

We reply within a day

A real response, usually with a few first thoughts or the questions we need answered to give you something useful. No automated “we have received your enquiry.”

03

We have a proper chat

A call or an email thread, whatever suits you, to work out what you need and whether we are the right fit. No obligation, no hard sell, ever.

Before you ask

The questions we get most.

Absolutely. Some of our longest relationships started with a single-page website or a small fix. We would rather do a small job well and earn the next one than turn you away at the door.

The honest answer is that it depends on what you need, so we quote per project and write the number down before you commit to anything. No vague estimates that quietly balloon later. Hosting is the only thing we price up front, and you can see those packages on the Services page.

A straightforward website is usually a few weeks. Custom software depends entirely on scope, and we give you a real timeline as part of the plan, not a hopeful guess. Whatever we agree on, you will always know where things stand.

Yes. We have delivered work in seventeen countries from one small office in Cape Town, including clients across Europe. Most of it happens over email and the occasional call, and the distance has never been a problem.

Often, yes. We have rescued plenty of projects left in a mess by a previous developer or a cheap third party. We will take an honest look first and tell you whether it is worth fixing or whether you are better off rebuilding.

No, but we quietly recommend it. When we host what we build, support is a single conversation instead of a finger-pointing match between three companies. If you would rather stay where you are, that is completely fine too.

We do, as a tool, the way a good carpenter uses a power tool. It speeds up the repetitive parts. But a real developer reads, understands, and is accountable for every line that ships. We will never hand you something nobody on our team can explain or fix.

Still wondering about something? Email us and ask. We do not mind the awkward questions.
